Government Technology Agency

The Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI). Established in 2016, GovTech leads the design, development, and delivery of digital government services while advancing Singapore's Smart Nation vision.

GovTech develops and manages national digital infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud platforms, digital identity systems, data platforms, and citizen-centric digital services. The agency collaborates with government ministries, public sector organizations, and industry partners to improve public service delivery through innovation and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

Its flagship initiatives include Singpass, LifeSG, Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC), Data.gov.sg, and numerous digital services that enhance the lives of citizens, businesses, and public agencies.
