HCL Education Centre

HCL Education Centre is a professional Chinese tuition institution established in December 2006 by educator Mr. Wang Deqing. The centre has grown into one of Singapore's well-known Chinese language education providers, helping thousands of students improve their Chinese language proficiency and achieve outstanding academic results.

HCL (Happy Chinese Learning / Higher Chinese Language) offers structured Chinese language programmes for students from Nursery (N1) to Secondary 4. Its curriculum includes Happy Learning Courses, HCL Courses, Enrichment Courses, Elite Courses, Express Chinese, and Higher Chinese programmes. The centre is known for its proprietary teaching methodologies such as Formulaic Oral, Composition by Theme, and the "Three Hearts, Two Minds" comprehension technique, designed to improve students' examination performance and language skills.

Today, HCL Education Centre operates multiple branches across Singapore, providing small-class instruction, personalized learning support, and experienced educators dedicated to helping students excel in PSLE, O-Level Chinese, and Higher Chinese examinations.
