Are you a detail-oriented and process-driven HR professional looking to take on a leadership role in HR operations? Embassy Group is looking for an Assistant Manager – HR Operations to drive seamless HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle processes from onboarding to exits.

  • Handle SAP HR systems and maintain accurate employee data.

  • Drive HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting activities.

  • Manage employee benefits and coordinate with vendors.

  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and Admin teams for smooth HR operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 7-10 years of experience in HR Operations.

  • MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized institution.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP HR systems.

  • Strong skills in HR MIS, reporting, and data management.

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven approach to work.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
