Tecadapt Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business HR professional to partner with business leaders and drive people initiatives that support organizational growth. This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy balancing strategic HR partnership with hands-on HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to strengthen people practices, enhance employee experience, and contribute to a high-performance culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.

• Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.

• Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and organizational procedures.

• Collaborate with managers on workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational development.

• Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to enhance people processes and business outcomes.

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Business HR or HR Business Partner (HRBP) roles.

• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience partnering with business leaders to support strategic HR initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

• A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
