Deputy Manager – HR (Generalist)

Adani Lounges and Hotels is looking for a Deputy Manager – HR (Generalist) to lead core HR functions and support a high-performing workforce. This role is ideal for experienced HR professionals who can manage end-to-end HR operations, build strong employee relationships, and drive people-focused initiatives in a dynamic service environment.

You'll work closely with business leaders to ensure efficient HR processes while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities across business functions.

• Build strong employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and supporting a positive work environment.

• Drive performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.

• Plan and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support organizational goals and workforce planning.

• Maintain HR documentation, records, and operational reports.

What We're Looking For

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.

• 6–10 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and labour laws.

• Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a people-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Hospitality, Aviation, Retail, or Service industry will be preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
