Executive / Consultant – Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring)

About the Role

Atain is looking for Talent Acquisition professionals to support large-scale recruitment initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for recruiters with strong experience in bulk or volume hiring who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet high-volume hiring goals and support business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume support roles.

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple hiring channels.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports with accurate data.

• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Manage multiple hiring requirements while meeting recruitment timelines and targets.
