Executive (HR & Admin)

DoctHub is looking for an enthusiastic Executive (HR & Admin) to join its growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for HR professionals who want to build expertise across recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and administration while contributing to a positive employee experience.

You'll play an active role in supporting the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to HR operations and administrative coordination.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.

• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and HR documentation.

• Support HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

• Assist with payroll activities and statutory compliance coordination.

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs.

• Maintain employee records and manage exit formalities.

• Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

• Ensure accurate HR documentation and compliance with organizational processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR role.

• Knowledge of HR operations and basic labour laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

• Immediate joiners and local candidates will be preferred.
