Are you an experienced HR Operations professional looking for your next opportunity? Prama Hikvision India is looking for an Executive / Sr. Executive – HR Operations to manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.
This role offers a great opportunity to take ownership of core HR functions, including payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and HRMS administration within a dynamic work environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance and leave management.
Coordinate payroll and prepare salary inputs.
Manage employee confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Maintain HRMS data and generate reports.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
2-7 years of experience in HR Operations.
Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
Knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
Experience with HRMS and payroll systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
