Job Opportunity: PeopleSoft Global Payroll Functional Consultant (Australia Compliance)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Global Payroll Functional Consultant to support legislative compliance for GP Australia. The consultant will work remotely from India, aligned with Australian time zones, and contribute to critical compliance and payroll framework initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure legislative compliance for Global Payroll Australia.
• Perform payroll result validation, including accumulators, retro processing, and segmentation.
• Design and configure earnings elements in line with organizational and processing frameworks.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional expertise in GP rules and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate and compliant payroll solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Global Payroll experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Payroll results checking
• Accumulators and balances
• Retroactive processing
• Segmentation rules
• Proven ability to create and configure earnings.
• Deep understanding of organizational and processing frameworks in GP.
• Prior experience with Australian payroll legislative compliance is highly desirable.

Work Arrangement

• Remote work from India.
• Must be available during Australian business hours.
