Our client, a rapidly growing technology services company, is seeking a Global VP, Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale their global hiring strategy. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader with experience in building world‑class talent teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy across US, GCC, and APAC regions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the TA team to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Drive employer branding, candidate experience, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate and fulfill talent needs in a fast-growth environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience leading global talent acquisition in technology or professional services.

Strong understanding of regional talent markets in the US, GCC, and Asia.

Strategic, data‑driven, and hands‑on when needed.
