HR & Admin Executive

Overview

Mechwell Industries Limited is looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to support its growing operations in Nashik. This role is ideal for HR professionals with experience in manufacturing environments who enjoy balancing people processes with administrative responsibilities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations across the facility.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to support workforce requirements.

• Coordinate and process payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

• Oversee contract labour management, including documentation and vendor coordination.

• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and applicable labour regulations.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and support employee coordination activities.

• Work closely with internal teams to address operational HR and administrative requirements.

Required Qualifications

• MBA (HR), Master of Personnel Management (MPM), Master of Social Work (MSW), or an equivalent qualification.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration roles.

• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.

• Hands-on exposure to contract labour management and labour law compliance.

• Immediate availability to join the organization.

Candidates based in Nashik will be preferred.
