HR & Admin (Site HR)

Hexatron Industries Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Admin professional to join its team and support renewable energy projects in Vallur, Tamil Nadu.

This role is suited for an HR professional with hands-on experience in HR operations, site administration, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, and HR reporting. You’ll be responsible for supporting the complete HR lifecycle at the project site and ensuring day-to-day HR processes run efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for site manpower based on project requirements.

• Handle joining formalities and support the onboarding of new employees.

• Manage employee attendance and maintain accurate employee records.

• Maintain HR documentation and ensure records are updated regularly.

• Manage HRMIS and HR records for the site.

• Prepare daily and monthly HR reports and MIS as required.

• Provide accurate payroll inputs and coordinate with the relevant teams.

• Support statutory compliance and ensure required HR processes are followed.

• Handle day-to-day HR and site administration activities.

• Coordinate with project teams and employees on HR-related requirements.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations and Site Administration.

• Hands-on experience managing site manpower and recruitment.

• Good understanding of joining formalities, attendance, employee records, and HR documentation.

• Experience with HRMIS and HR reporting.

• Working knowledge of payroll inputs and statutory compliance.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a site-based project environment.

• Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple HR activities.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• Candidates with prior experience in site HR, renewable energy, Solar EPC, or power infrastructure will be well suited for the role.
