Are you eager to start your journey in Human Resources within the hospitality industry? IHCL is looking to onboard an enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join the team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
This opportunity is open to freshers, preferably MBA in HR graduates, who are keen to learn and engage with people in a dynamic hospitality environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Support day-to-day HR operations within the hospitality team.
Engage with employees and assist in building positive working relationships.
Assist with HR documentation and administrative activities.
Learn and contribute to various HR processes under the guidance from experienced professionals.
What We're Looking For
Fresher, preferably an MBA in HR graduate.
Good communication skills.
An outgoing personality with an interest in engaging with people.
Based in Mumbai.
Enthusiasm and readiness to begin a career in Human Resources.
