About the Role

StartupLanes is looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate Intern to join its remote team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This internship is ideal for students and aspiring HR professionals who want practical exposure to recruitment, campus hiring, candidate engagement, and relationship management.

You'll work closely with experienced professionals while building valuable skills that can help launch a successful career in Human Resources.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities across various roles.

• Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through different channels.

• Coordinate with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) at colleges and universities.

• Conduct candidate outreach and manage recruitment-related communications.

• Organize candidate information sessions and hiring initiatives.

• Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation processes.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and academic institutions.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
