HR Data Analyst – Global Payroll & HRIS

About the Role

Are you an experienced HR data professional looking for your next challenge in global payroll and HRIS? RLG Systems India is looking for a skilled HR Data Analyst to support our global payroll operations and HRIS function on a project basis.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and maintain HRIS data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems.

• Support global payroll operations by validating, processing, and reconciling payroll-related data.

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key payroll and HR metrics.

• Identify data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner.

• Analyze HR and payroll data to generate insights that support business decisions.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow between payroll and HRIS platforms.

• Assist in audits, compliance checks, and process improvement initiatives related to payroll data.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in global payroll operations, HRIS, and HR data analytics.

• Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and payroll data management.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work on large datasets.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

• Good communication skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results within a project timeline.

• Immediate availability to join is a must.
