HR Executive

HSN Tech Solutions is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Executive to support end-to-end recruitment and core HR activities. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who want to gain hands-on experience across the complete employee lifecycle while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

You'll contribute to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and payroll support, helping ensure a seamless employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

• Support the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.

• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new employees.

• Plan and assist with employee engagement initiatives.

• Provide payroll support and assist with day-to-day HR operations.

• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and personnel files.

• Handle exit formalities, relieving processes, and employee documentation.

• Ensure accurate HR records and support compliance with internal HR processes.

What We're Looking For

• 0.6–1 year of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

• Basic understanding of HR Generalist functions and payroll processes.

• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

• Enthusiasm for learning and building a long-term career in Human Resources.
