HR Executive

Kalko Alu Systems is looking for an Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical positions. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who are passionate about identifying top talent, managing hiring processes efficiently, and partnering with stakeholders to meet business hiring goals.

You'll play a key role in executing recruitment strategies while maintaining a structured and organized hiring process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage recruitment activities based on manpower planning and hiring requisitions.

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to selection and offer coordination.

• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to identify the best fit for open positions.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records.

• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely closures.

• Travel to other office locations whenever required to support recruitment activities.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting technical and non-technical professionals.

• MBA or Graduate from a reputed institute.

• Strong end-to-end recruitment and sourcing skills.

• Good knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements.

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and travel when required.

• Candidates with a stable employment history and a high level of integrity will be preferred.
