HR Executive

About the Role

Lean Transition Solutions (LTS) is looking for an HR Executive to support its HR Operations and employee management functions. This role is ideal for HR professionals who have experience working with HRMS platforms and enjoy ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes in a collaborative work environment.

You'll play an important role in maintaining HR systems, supporting employees, and contributing to efficient HR operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related processes.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HRMS data is accurate and up to date.

• Support employee lifecycle activities, including documentation and HR administration.

• Assist employees with HR-related queries and ensure a positive employee experience.

• Coordinate HR processes and maintain compliance with organizational policies.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).

• Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS is preferred.

• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR documentation and employee lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with HR policies and operational best practices.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
