HR Executive (Male Candidates)

Vibgyor International is hiring an HR Executive for a leading Heavy Engineering company based in Chhatral. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with experience in HR Generalist functions who are looking to build their career in a manufacturing and engineering environment.

You'll be responsible for supporting key HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

• Support day-to-day HR Generalist functions and employee lifecycle processes.

• Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record management.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment requirements.

• Support HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Assist with statutory compliance and labor law-related documentation.

• Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

• Qualification in B.Com, M.Com, MBA (HR), MSW, or MLW.

• Good knowledge of recruitment techniques and major job portals.

• Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.

• Male candidates are preferred for this role.
