Core Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

• Manage job postings across online job portals and assist with talent acquisition initiatives.

• Help maintain HR records, documentation, and employee data accurately.

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and recruitment-related data using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with online job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.

• Understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.

• Candidates based in the Tricity region (Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula) are preferred.
