HR Executive

Plaxonic Technologies is looking for a proactive and passionate HR Executive to join its growing Human Resources team. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who have experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement, and are eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture.

You'll support key HR functions while helping deliver a seamless employee experience across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes.

• Plan, organize, and independently execute employee engagement activities.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring smooth HR processes.

• Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders to address HR-related queries.

• Support employee lifecycle activities and contribute to a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources.

• Hands-on experience in recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

• Proven ability to independently plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and work collaboratively.

• Candidates based in Palampur or nearby areas will be preferred.
