HR Executive

SafeAeon Inc. is looking for a motivated HR Executive to join its growing Human Resources team in Mohali. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who want to gain hands-on experience across onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR administration while working in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

You'll support day-to-day HR activities and help ensure a smooth employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.

• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee records.

• Track attendance and ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative responsibilities.

• Coordinate with employees and internal teams to facilitate HR processes.

• Help maintain compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources.

• Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
