HR Executive

Silverlink Technologies is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across the Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan markets.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a global environment and has strong attention to detail when handling employee documentation, onboarding, background verification, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations for employees across Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan.

• Handle employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.

• Prepare and issue employment contracts, appointment letters, and other employee-related documentation.

• Ensure HR documents are prepared accurately and shared within required timelines.

• Facilitate pre-employment background verification and coordinate employee document collection.

• Manage onboarding processes and ensure all joining formalities are completed.

• Coordinate employee offboarding, including clearance processes and required documentation.

• Assist with Full & Final settlements during employee exits.

• Maintain accurate employee records and support other HR operational requirements as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR role.

• Good understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.

• Experience handling onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Strong attention to detail when managing employee records and documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work with employees and stakeholders across different markets.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.

• Candidates comfortable working with international employee lifecycle processes will be well suited for the role.
