HR Executive

SUGS LLOYD LIMITED is looking for an HR Executive to support key HR functions, including HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy managing employee records, ensuring smooth HR processes, and creating a positive employee experience.

You'll work closely with the HR team to maintain operational efficiency while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.

• Ensure accurate HR documentation, record management, and compliance with organizational policies.

• Manage HRMS data and generate HR reports as required.

• Support HR audits and compliance-related activities.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.

• Manage exit processes, including documentation and clearance formalities.

• Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs with the payroll team.

• Address employee queries related to payroll and HR processes.

• Organize employee engagement activities and support internal communication.

• Assist with grievance handling and help foster a positive workplace environment.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.

• Good understanding of HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.

• Experience working with HRMS platforms and maintaining HR documentation.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
