HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Network Techlab India Limited is looking for an experienced HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring for Sales and Non-IT roles across multiple business functions. You'll play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Non-IT positions across multiple departments.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.

• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding formalities.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring requirements.

• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Strong expertise in Sales Hiring and Non-IT Recruitment.

• Excellent sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement skills.

• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions while meeting hiring targets and timelines.

• Male candidates based in or willing to work from Thane are preferred.
