HR Executive – Technical Recruitment & HR Operations

About the Role

TeizoSoft Private Limited is hiring an HR Executive to support both Technical Recruitment and HR Operations for one of its product-based clients. This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy balancing technology hiring with day-to-day HR operations while contributing to a seamless employee experience.

You'll work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract top technical talent and support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions.

• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

• Support onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and employee records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes and an excellent candidate experience.

• Support HR initiatives and contribute to operational process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Strong hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment.

• Exposure to HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and operational responsibilities simultaneously.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Hyderabad-based candidates are preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
