About the Role:

Bun Makkhan Chai is looking for a tech-savvy HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations across outlets, base kitchen, franchise locations, and head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment, screening & onboarding

• Attendance, leave & monthly payroll management

• PF/ESI inputs and HR documentation

• HRMS/Payroll software management & HR MIS

• Employee grievance, discipline & exit handling

• Employee onboarding & training coordination

• Labour compliance & FSSAI staff requirements

• Franchisee manpower hiring support

• Weekly headcount, hiring & attrition reporting

Requirements:

✅ Graduate; MBA-HR preferred

✅ 2+ years of HR experience

✅ HRMS/Payroll & strong Excel knowledge

✅ Good Hindi & English communication

✅ F&B/Retail/Multi-outlet HR experience preferred

✅ Local Bareilly–Kumaon network will be an advantage
