HR Generalist

Genius HRTech Limited is hiring an HR Generalist for a renowned NBFC in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for HR professionals with a strong blend of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, who enjoy partnering with business leaders while driving recruitment and people initiatives.

With a primary focus on hiring and employee partnering, you'll play a vital role in building high-performing teams and supporting business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring quality talent.

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

• Drive Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

• Support HR Business Partnering initiatives by collaborating with managers on people-related matters.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Support HR operations and contribute to employee engagement and organizational initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as an HR Generalist with approximately 70% Talent Acquisition and 30% HR Business Partnering responsibilities.

• Mandatory background in the BFSI, NBFC, or Stock Broking industry.

• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Candidates up to 35 years of age are preferred.
