HR Generalist / HR Operations

Aim Plus Services Private Limited is looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Operations professional to manage core HR functions, payroll, compliance, and recruitment coordination. This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy streamlining HR processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering efficient HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle processes while partnering with internal teams and external recruitment agencies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary administration.

• Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and other applicable Indian labour law requirements.

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

• Coordinate recruitment activities with external staffing agencies and recruitment partners.

• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.

• Administer HRMS and payroll platforms while ensuring data accuracy.

• Utilize ATS and CRM systems to support recruitment and HR processes.

• Support HR process improvements and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.

• Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.

• Good understanding of Indian labour laws and HR operations.

• Experience coordinating recruitment through agencies.

• Proficiency in HRMS and payroll platforms such as Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
