HR Generalist / HR Operations

Brick & Bolt is looking for a passionate and proactive HR professional to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRBP support roles who are eager to take ownership, expand their HR expertise, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

You'll support core HR functions while working closely with business teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Support HRBP initiatives and collaborate with business teams on people-related matters.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

• Handle employee queries and contribute to a positive workplace experience.

• Support HR reporting, data management, and administrative activities.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRBP support roles.

• Good understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is an added advantage.

• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
