HR Generalist / HR Operations

Ssquad Global is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist / HR Operations professional to support a wide range of HR functions, including employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and learning initiatives. This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy managing end-to-end HR operations while creating a positive employee experience in a collaborative work environment.

You'll work closely with employees and business stakeholders to ensure efficient HR processes and support organizational growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage employee onboarding and support the complete employee lifecycle.

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

• Handle employee relations and address HR-related queries.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• Coordinate payroll inputs, reporting, and HR documentation.

• Assist with compliance, audits, and statutory HR processes.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

• Support Learning & Development initiatives and employee training programs.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.

• Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• International HR exposure or experience will be an added advantage.
