HR Generalist – Learning & Development

About the Role

Headsup Corporation is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist – Learning & Development to drive employee learning initiatives and support organizational development. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys designing impactful learning programs, managing training operations, and contributing to workforce planning and organizational growth.

You'll work closely with business leaders and employees to build learning experiences that enhance employee capabilities and align with business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify training needs through employee feedback, performance reviews, and discussions with managers.

• Design, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.

• Develop onboarding content, training manuals, learning materials, and other training resources.

• Manage training calendars and ensure the seamless execution of learning programs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes.

• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain accurate employee training records.

• Maintain organizational structures, reporting lines, and job hierarchy documentation.

• Support workforce planning initiatives and align roles with evolving business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen learning culture and organizational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to Learning & Development.

• Experience in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.

• Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Knowledge of onboarding, training content development, and learning operations.

• Understanding of organizational structure, workforce planning, and role alignment.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for employee development and continuous learning.
