HR Generalist

Praxis Consultants is hiring on behalf of a leading Japanese automotive manufacturer for an experienced HR Generalist. This role is suited for an HR professional with hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.

You’ll work closely with employees and cross-functional teams while supporting key HR processes and initiatives within a global manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.

• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

• Maintain HR operations, HRIS, and employee databases.

• Support statutory compliance and assist with IATF and ISO audits.

• Assist with Performance Management System (PMS) activities.

• Coordinate employee training and Learning & Development initiatives.

• Prepare HR MIS and maintain accurate employee records.

• Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR administration.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Support other HR activities and initiatives as required.

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Administration.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a regular course is mandatory.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of HRMS/SAP will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work effectively with employees and cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to HR responsibilities.

• Female candidates are preferred for this position.

• Candidates with relevant experience in HR Operations and Administration will be preferred.
