HR Generalist

RRSB Forex is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the organization’s people and business needs. This role is suited for an HR professional with strong experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

You’ll be responsible for managing key employee lifecycle activities while ensuring HR processes and documentation are handled efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and exit formalities.

• Handle recruitment and coordinate the hiring process for various positions.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Manage attendance and leave processes and coordinate with relevant teams for payroll.

• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.

• Plan and support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

• Prepare HR letters, policies, and employee communications.

• Coordinate training and development activities.

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other information required by management.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure processes are completed accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

• 5–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Generalist role.

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

• Good understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR activities effectively.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

• Candidates currently based in Kolkata or willing to relocate to Kolkata.

• Male candidates are preferred for this position.
