HR Generalist – Shared Services

Zensar Technologies is looking for an HR Generalist to join its Shared Services team and support employees across North America and LATAM. In this role, you'll manage key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle while delivering a seamless employee experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.

• Coordinate background verification processes and ensure adherence to established compliance requirements.

• Partner with internal teams and vendors to facilitate payroll and employee benefits administration.

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries through HR helpdesk channels, providing timely and accurate resolutions.

• Manage exit formalities and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to deliver consistent HR services across the US, Mexico, Canada, and Colombia.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or an HR Generalist role.

• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and core HR processes.

• Experience working in a shared services or global HR environment.

• Hands-on exposure to HRMS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, or similar systems.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting international employee populations, particularly within North America or LATAM regions.

• Knowledge of global onboarding practices and background verification processes.

• Exposure to payroll and benefits administration in a multinational environment.

• Familiarity with HR service delivery models and continuous process improvement initiatives.
