About the Role

ARA Discoveries Private Limited is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join its Human Resources team. You'll work closely with the HR team, learn industry best practices, and contribute to day-to-day HR activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

• Support employee onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.

• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.

• Help maintain HR records, documentation, and recruitment trackers.

• Assist with people management and employee communication.

• Support the HR team with administrative tasks and ongoing HR projects.
