HR Intern

Brickslane is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join its Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and aspiring HR professionals to gain practical exposure to Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring, and HR Operations while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with the HR team, contribute to real hiring initiatives, and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing and screening.

• Assist with Campus Hiring initiatives and recruitment drives.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Support onboarding activities and HR documentation.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
