HR Intern

Bytive Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join its Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for individuals who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while working in a fast-growing technology company.

You'll collaborate with the HR team to support hiring activities, employee onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while building a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Support employee onboarding and HR documentation.

• Maintain recruitment records, employee data, and HR databases.

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes.

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
