HR Intern

About the Role

Code Brew Labs is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical exposure to recruitment and HR operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.

• Assist with screening resumes and maintaining candidate records.

• Provide administrative support for various HR activities and processes.

• Help maintain HR databases and employee-related documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.

• Contribute to day-to-day HR operations and special projects as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment.

• Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
