About the Role
Deejays is looking for a curious and proactive HR Intern to join its People & Culture team. This internship is designed for students and recent graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and want hands-on experience across recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
From day one, you'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced mentors, and gain practical exposure to core HR functions.
What You'll Be Doing
Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Assist with talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
Contribute to organizational growth and people-focused projects.
Collaborate with the HR team on day-to-day People & Culture initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute fresh ideas for process improvements.
Work closely with experienced leaders while gaining practical HR exposure.
What We're Looking For
Students or graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take initiative.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Passion for understanding people, fostering growth, and building a career in Human Resources.
