HR Intern

IMARC Group is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join its Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, and employer branding while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing and resume screening.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with HR documentation, onboarding, and employee records.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

What We're Looking For

• Final-year students or recent graduates in MBA, PGDM, BBA, B.Com, BA, or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Excel.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
