HR Intern

Infosense Global is looking for an HR Intern to join its team in Gandhinagar. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, and aspiring HR professionals to gain practical exposure to core Human Resources functions in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

You'll work alongside the HR team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while building a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with Talent Acquisition by sourcing candidates and coordinating recruitment activities.

• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.

• Help manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.

• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support various HR processes.

• Assist in maintaining HR trackers and reports as required.

What We're Looking For

• MBA (HR), BBA (HR), or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources.

• 0–1 year of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Commitment to taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering quality work.
