Core Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and initial screening.

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates.

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.

• Maintain HR records, reports, and candidate databases accurately.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of ongoing activities.

Required Qualifications

• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good coordination and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
