HR Intern

MAX EDUTECH SOLUTIONS is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join its growing Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while building a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

You'll work closely with the HR team and support various recruitment and employee lifecycle activities in a professional office environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for open positions.

• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

• Maintain HR records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Collaborate with the HR team to support ongoing recruitment initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or candidates pursuing graduation in Human Resources, MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, or a related field.

• HR educational background is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in Human Resources.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
