HR Intern

Minimac Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join its team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are looking to start their career in Human Resources. You’ll work closely with the HR team and get practical exposure to candidate coordination, recruitment activities, documentation, and day-to-day HR processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and screen candidates based on role requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the hiring team.

• Support the recruitment process and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.

• Assist with HR documentation and employee record management.

• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams on recruitment-related requirements.

• Support the HR team with day-to-day operational activities.

• Assist with other HR tasks and initiatives as required.

What We're Looking For

• MBA in HR, BBA, or a graduate with an HR background preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.

• Ability to work effectively with candidates and internal team members.

• Comfortable working on-site in Viman Nagar.
