HR Intern – Operations

Lighthouse Canton is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join its Operations Team in Bangalore. This internship is ideal for students and recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in HR Operations and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals and support day-to-day people operations while developing practical skills in a corporate environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support day-to-day HR Operations activities.

• Assist the HR team with employee documentation and administrative processes.

• Maintain and update HR records and databases.

• Support employee lifecycle activities and HR-related coordination.

• Assist with HR reports, trackers, and operational documentation.

• Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders on routine HR requirements.

• Support the HR team with ongoing projects and operational initiatives.

• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For
