HR Intern (Paid Internship)

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and screen candidates for open positions.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Post job openings across various recruitment portals.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.

• Assist with onboarding activities and day-to-day HR operations.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For

• MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MSW, or graduates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
