What You'll Be Doing

• Support Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing and screening.

• Assist in interview scheduling and candidate coordination.

• Help maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

• Support onboarding activities and new employee documentation.

• Assist with day-to-day HR Operations and employee data management.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes.

• Contribute to HR projects and administrative activities as required.

What We're Looking For

• MBA or PGDM students specializing in Human Resources.

• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
