What You'll Be Doing

• Source candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

• Post job openings on recruitment portals.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records.

• Assist with offer letter preparation and onboarding activities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree holders or students pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and coordination abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.

• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.

• Ability to work from the Thane office for the internship duration.
