HR Intern

QWEEN is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join its People team in Bangalore. This internship is ideal for MBA (HR) or PGDM (HR) students and recent graduates who want to gain practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while working in a collaborative corporate environment.

You'll support key HR initiatives and develop a strong foundation across core Human Resources functions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and People Operations activities.

• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR databases.

• Support HR projects, policy implementation, and day-to-day HR operations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

• Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and operational documentation.

What We're Looking For

• MBA (HR) or PGDM (HR) students or recent graduates.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an added advantage.
